Designed for use in liquid lines on heat pumps, the Danfoss Eliminator DCB164S 16 cu.inch hermetic bi-flow filter drier with 1/2″ solder inlet and outlet connections offers quick, effective removal of moisture along with both organic and inorganic oils. The DCB filter has a built-in check valve to keep refrigerant liquid flowing through the drier from the outer side of the core towards the centre. This ensures that all dirt particles are retained irrespective of flow direction.For use with HFO, HC, HFC and HCFC refrigerants;Ideal for systems that operate at high condensing temperatures and require high drying capacity;80% 3A molecular sieve with 20% activated alumina;PED approved for PS 46 bar;Optimum flow characteristics and dirt retention;Check valves are not sensitive to dirt and give minimal restriction, irrespective of flow direction;Effective dirt removal to 25m;No dirt released by reversing the flow direction
